Our Human Resources Policy
At our Company, we employ professionals who are open to personal development, value teamwork, adhere strictly to ethical and principled working standards, are compatible with our corporate culture, and possess the required professional competence.
Recruitment and Placement
In line with our growth potential, strategic planning, and future objectives, we implement a recruitment process in which candidates suitable for the experience and competencies required by the position are placed without discrimination on the grounds of religion, language, gender, age, or similar factors, and in accordance with the principle of equal opportunity. During our recruitment process, we effectively utilise all resources (such as the internet, newspaper advertisements, university career centres, and professional chambers). Initial interviews are conducted face to face by our Human Resources department, based on the principle of analysing candidates’ alignment with our corporate culture and their core competencies. Candidates deemed suitable are invited for a second interview with the managers of the relevant department for professional evaluation purposes. Where necessary, practices such as tests, skills assessments, language examinations, machinery operation, test drives, and similar applications may be carried out to assess professional competence. Our primary objective is to maintain the workforce of our continuously growing and developing company in an effective and efficient manner by bringing on board candidates with high potential, who can be subject to rotation, and whom we can evaluate in different positions through training and personal development.

Training and Development
Among our Company’s Human Resources practices are training programmes designed to enable our employees to adapt quickly to changing local and global conditions and to continuously develop their competencies. Our main objective is to equip our employees with the knowledge required by the modern era while ensuring that each individual becomes creative, solution-oriented, result-focused, process-driven, capable of using information effectively, and able to think flexibly.
Our training programmes begin with the Orientation Programme implemented for all employees who join our organisation and continue with individual programmes created in line with personalised training needs analyses. The programmes organised to develop both technical and behavioural competencies ensure that our employees remain efficient and productive in line with continuous development.
Performance Management
The performance of all our employees is evaluated once a year. The basis of these evaluations is the percentage of achievement of the targets set on an annual basis. In addition to work efficiency and expectations, assessments are also conducted in areas such as alignment with corporate values, managerial skills, and future potential. Performance results are used effectively within training and development processes.
